TERMS OF SECOND CHANCE PET RESCUE FOSTER AGREEMENT

A. Second Chance Rescue assumes all financial responsibility for all veterinary care of the foster pet while said pet is in foster care.

B. It is the responsibility of the foster home to notify a Second Chance Pet Rescue representative immediately of any and all medical needs of the foster pet.

C. Second Chance Pet Rescue retains sole rights to screen, review, and approve any and all Applicants who may apply to adopt the pet in foster care.

D. If the residents of the foster home wish to adopt the foster dog in their care, they must complete the same adoption process required of any other person(s) wishing to adopt a pet through All Pets Rescue. It will also be necessary to sign and comply with the All Pets Rescue Adoption Contract.

E. Second Chance Pet Rescue is not liable for any Damages to persons or property.
